The Breezeway Courtyard Parkhomes

The owner of this Desa Park City home was looking for a few things — the first was for a stunning feature wall upon entering, the second was a bedhead feature wall and the final, textured wallcoverings in the living room to cover up the unevenness of the walls.

For the main entrance, Monsoon Musa 75003 was selected — large banana leaves of the tropical rainforests interpreted in European fashion, exuding a primal force and adding character to the already stunning interior.

Signature Canvas 75003 was chosen for the bedroom in a similar hue of green. If there is one fabric that looks both airy and luxurious, it has to be linen, and this luxurious pattern represents linen in an authentic and timeless way. Installed in a unique way as per our client’s request, the bedhead feature extends out to give the illusion of a 3-dimensional feature wall.

Finally, a subtly textured contract wallcovering with vertical lines was selected for the living room. This 15 oz wallcovering successfully covers up any wall surface imperfections easily and at an affordable price point.
