Job Description

• Source and generate potential leads whether home owners, interior designers, fit-out contractors and more.
• Schedule client appointments via cold calls or e-mails, conduct wallcovering presentations.
• Provide product sample service to new and existing clients.
• Provide expert consultation and advice to clients with regards to the supply and installation of wallcoverings.
• Update internal sales CRM with sales activities and deal info.
• Prepare quotation, claims and collect payment.

Reporting to the Operations Projects Manager, the Project Executive is responsible for the coordination of all related parties to ensure our projects move smoothly. The Project Executive oversees the entire project workflow from deliveries of wallcoverings to installation works and finally, handover to clients.

Job Description

• Perform quantity survey before commencement of project, during progressive claims and upon handover by taking site measurements and checking site conditions.
• Monitor entire project, ensuring work schedules are met, workflows are followed and that Waltex Corporation and its partners adhere to site rules and regulations.
• Work closely with Site Supervisor to ensure quality and accuracy of installation works by subcontractors against construction or designer drawings.
• Represent Waltex Corporation to attend kick-off and all other required site progress meetings.
• Work closely with Project Admin and Site Supervisor to manage project stock.

Reporting to the Associate Director, the Marketing Intern is someone whose screen time should trump anyone in the company when it comes to time spent social networking. You know what’s viral at any point of time and understand what gets people talking on social media.

Job Description

• Responsible to develop, upkeep and maintain the Waltex website, ensuring content is accurate and up to date.
• Work closely with contracted social media partner(s) to develop content calendar for Facebook and Instagram.
• Monitor and manage Waltex’s Facebook and Instagram accounts, ensuring engaging interaction with clients and users.
• Support and / or initiate any other offline or online marketing initiatives by Waltex.

Job Requirement

• Good command of the English language.
• Huge plus if you are familiar with WordPress, or have basic knowledge of SEO / SEM, Google AdWords.
• Must have authorisation to work in Malaysia.
• Availability for minimum of 3-month internship period.
