Setia City Mall Common Area

Setia City Mall, nestled in Setia Alam, Shah Alam, Malaysia, has been a premier destination since opening its doors in 2012. Waltex worked with design principal Cayenne Lim from A Moxie and the contractor Tahap Wira Sdn Bhd on the wallcoverings in one of the public spaces at the urban shopping mall. The selected wallcovering by the design consultant is a high durability Type II 20 Oz in a woodgrain texture from our Command Collection from USA that would then be applied to the pillars in the space, giving a warm and welcoming atmosphere for visitors. 

Crafted with meticulous attention to safety and durability, our wallcovering holds a Class A fire rating as per ASTM E84 standards and meets Federal Specifications CCC-W-408D for scrubbability, washability, and stain resistance. This ensures that the walls maintain their pristine appearance despite the rigours of high foot traffic and regular cleaning routines in a bustling mall environment.

The selected colourway CM147-2789 Cherry complements existing wall colors, such as green and pink, transforming the public spaces into inviting areas that exude harmony and warmth.
