Wallcoverings have been widely used as a go-to design element in the hospitality industry for decades. It adds space and depth into the room and it’s important to choose the right one for your project. Waltex worked with Addy Design Consultant to select & supply wallcoverings for this hotel.

Laying out an area where people are going to rest and relax, the hotel rooms need a wallcovering that establishes a welcoming atmosphere to the space. In all 60 Deluxe Rooms of this brand new hotel, our best-selling Omni Linen pattern, a vinyl on fabric backed wallcovering that functions as a vapour barrier was selected. It is a Class “A” Fire rated item – tested in accordance with the ASTM E-84 Tunnel Test. Hence, extremely safe and durable for hospitality.

The Raina pattern featuring vertical lines was selected for the enthralling kid’s club. Creating the illusion of extended length to the wall height, our wallcovering is cleverly paired with eye-catching, colourful tiles and custom-made joinery elements to create a memorable play space for the kids. With over 25 colours to choose from, Raina, like all other wallcovering used in this hospitality project, is phthalate free and made of highly cleanable water-based inks; making it a perfectly suitable product to be used in a space frequented by young and precious toddlers and babies.
