Étoile Bistro, EQ Hotel

Inspired by high-street thoroughfare, Étoile Bistro is located on the lower ground floor of the EQ Hotel Building, on a street-facing corner of Jalan Perak. Waltex worked with Blu Water Studio to supply and install a feature wallcovering that spans 36.45 meters across the 6,080sf all-day dining.

Printed on fully certified, broad-width commercial wallcoverings, the feature walls depicts a nostalgic city skyline of Kuala Lumpur from a past era but strikingly highlights a current, reborn structure of EQ Hotel in red. The wallcoverings were installed in between gold-coloured, fin-like details above the beautiful washed-oak timber wall right across the exterior wall comprising of unobstructed, undulating, floor-to-ceiling glass panels.
