Job Description

• Source and generate potential leads whether interior designers, architects, fit-out contractors, main contractors, developers, hotel owners and home owners.
• Schedule client appointments to conduct product presentations and update client libraries.
• Provide product sample service to new and existing clients.
• Provide expert consultation and advice to clients with regards to the supply and installation of wallcoverings and fabrics.
• Review drawings to prepare quotation and complete the sales cycle by collecting payment.

We are looking for someone who is organised and detail-oriented with a helping attitude. You will be responsible for our overall library inventory, sampling service and warehouse stock activities.

Job Description

• Manage and update library loan activities on online asset management system including barcoding catalogues, binders, hangers.
• Manage overall sampling, sampling inventory and update warehouse stock activities.
• Monitor, track and receive goods, deliveries and documentation into our office.
• Manage, coordinate and update despatch calendar.
• Assist with administrative tasks concerning local logistics, documentation and filing.
• Answer phone calls and attend to guests.
